Dental Focus Encrypt is specially designed to bring peace of mind, confidence and trust in online compliance with the GDC, CQC and the Data Protection Act regulations. Forms are hosted on our dedicated encrypted server in England (ISO 27001 accredited). The forms encrypt data during the transmission and while at rest on the server.

Your encrypted password is required to access the data. We do not store passwords for security reasons. Clients login to the encrypted dashboard to access and download the data securely onto their own trusted devices. After 28 days, the online data is permanently deleted to minimise the size of the risk if a data breach was to ever occur. Your website will open the link in a new window to display the standard Dental Focus Encrypt form, which is minimalist in design for the benefits of faster download speeds, better User Interface (UI) and greater User Experience (UX) especially on mobile. Patients or dental professionals can now send sensitive personal/medical data through encrypted mobile-friendly forms.
